Terms and Conditions

 

1) Appointments and cancellations

• All operators are fully trained are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and whenever possible treatment will be with a named operator throughout the course of treatment booked.

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. Failure to give the required notice will result in you being charged a cancellation fee. If you fail to attend an appointment without giving due notice, we may charge a cancellation fee and require you to pay for all future treatments in advance. Clients who have purchased a course of treatment but fail to attend their appointment will be charged for their missed treatment.

• Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be Pro.Med Laser Clinics will Endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, on the rare occasion should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

• Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines as not protecting the skin from sun tanning may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Pro.Med reserve the right to refuse treatment without prior arrangement at any time.
 

2) Credit card details, deposits and payments

All treatments are offered on a pay as you go basis, for more details on package deals please contact the clinic

All Consultations are free of charge and without obligation; a deposit may be required against treatment for our doctor’s clinics when ordering products for an individual treatment

If you have paid for a course of treatments and are subsequently unable to complete the course, we will offer you a refund, calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatments, and return the difference to you.

3) Courses of treatments

• All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment to receive the package discounts

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, all prices include VAT.


Consultations are free of charge and without obligation.


All Special offers are subject to availability – and not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.
The offer must be declared at the time of booking, and usually applies to pre payment.

Special offers are not valid at the following times;
Weekdays Before 10:00am and after 5pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays

Offers must be claimed within the specified date, after this date the offer is voidThe Management reserve the right to withdraw or change the terms of any special offers without notice.

4) Treatment suitability

• We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. There is no charge for this service

5) Liability

• Pro.Med Laser Clinics Limited will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client/patient.Pro.Med will not be held liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

• The client/patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Pro.Med regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Pro.Med liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Pro.Med negligence.

Your right to complain

• Pro.Med endeavors to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Pro.Med you are entitled to lodge a complaint, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Pro.Med will be pleased to help.

• The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Manager or their designated deputy, and you will receive a letter within two days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is under way.

• During the course of the investigation, Pro.Med may require you to attend an additional consultation with the company practitioner, if this is deemed appropriate. If you are not satisfied with this initial attempt at resolution, or have any objection to being seen by this practitioner Pro.Med will try to offer an alternative.

• If the complaint cannot be resolved locally, the matter will be referred to the appropriate Director and the company’s registered office in Cheshire
